Defining Your Culture
Course Overview:
This session is designed to help workshop members learn to identify the unique aspects
of their company’s culture.
Who Should Attend:
- Employees with supervisory responsibilities.
- Employees who have recently been promoted into a supervisory role.
- Employees working toward a goal of becoming a supervisor.
- Members of self-directed work teams.
- Supervisors that have never participated in a formal managerial leadership-training
course.
Outcomes Expected:
Employees will understand ways in which cultures can be changed including corporate
culture, values and assumptions about work, identifying core cultural values, and
changing corporate cultures.
