Creative Problem Solving
Course Overview:
This workshop examines the critical role that communication plays in the problem
solving process. It focuses on the practice of communication behaviors that are
critical to successful problem solving
Who Should Attend:
- Employees with supervisory responsibilities.
- Employees who have recently been promoted into a supervisory role.
- Employees working toward a goal of becoming a supervisor.
- Members of self-directed work teams.
- Supervisors that have never participated in a formal managerial leadership-training
course.
