Arts & Culture Outreach - Cancellation and Payment Policies
All payments for Arts & Culture classes must be paid with credit card at the time of registration.
To cancel your registration, written notice must be emailed to us at email@example.com
Students withdrawing at least seven days before the first day of class will receive a full refund.
Withdrawals made less than seven days before the class starts will be assessed a $20 cancellation fee plus a materials charge.
Single session classes: No refunds will be given to cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or for no-shows.
Multiple session classes or lessons: No refunds will be given after the second class session or lesson.
Fox Cities Performing Arts theater trips: No refunds will be given. Substitutes allowed. Registrant must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that a substitute is going in their place.
Note: Woodwind Day, Camp COFAC, Central Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra Program, theater trips, and travel programs have separate policies. Trip insurance is strongly encouraged for all travel programs.
