UWSP Continuing Education offers a variety of certificate programs and continuing education programs.

Designed for those who are just starting in a Human Resources role or have not had any formal training. Attend all five sessions to receive the HR Generalist Certificate. All programs held at the UWSP Wausau Education Center. Starting December 8, 2011.

Online Project Management Certificate

The UW-Stevens Point Project Management Certificate Program is self-guided in order to give participants the flexibility to complete the learning activities according to their schedules. There are no classroom sessions!

GIS Professional Certificates

The GIS Center offers two, one year certificate programs. The Professional Certificate is designed for students that desire flexibility in selecting GIS coursework. The Focal GIS Certificate is designed for students that desire to concentrate on GIS coursework suited to a particular professional field or application area.

Paralegal Certificate

• Research and write a legal office memo
• Explore and investigate a legal specialty
• Learn the procedures of a local court system

Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL): Teacher’s Guide to the ESL Certification

Bilingual Certification! The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Department of Foreign Language is also creating a Bilingual Certification! Many of the requirements for the Bilingual Certification will be fullfilled with the ESL Certification requirements.
