  • Attendees will understand, learn from, and expand on successful Active Community initiatives in Wisconsin communities.

  • Attendees will understand and be able to present the Active Community Environments (ACEs) framework and key activities to community partners.

  • Attendees will establish or continue building an ACEs Community Team and develop an action plan to implement in their respective communities.

 
Bring a Team

Communities are encouraged to send a multidisciplinary team of three or more people who will bring a variety of skills and perspectives.  Team members may include such fields as city and regional planning, engineering, public health, school administration, parks and recreation, and local government.  Download this flyer for tips on recruiting your team.
