The Conference & Reservations Office coordinates all camps and
conferences held on the UWSP campus over summer that include lodging,
food service at DeBot Dining Center, and/or reservations utilizing both
University Centers and non-University Centers facilities. The office is
a "One-stop Shop" for full conference services.
Summer services for camps and conferences
include:
- Making campus wide facility reservations and coordinating facility setups
- Coordinating on-campus lodging
- Coordinating on-campus food service and catering
- Providing daily and weekly parking permits for campus lots
- Coordinating campus equipment and A/V usage
- Maintaining all of the state laws regarding youth camps (see HFS Chapter 175)
