Commencement Tickets

Ticket procedure

Graduates will be allotted six general admission tickets to the ceremony in the Multi-Activity Center (indoor track). Tickets for spring commencement are complimentary and will be available May 6-10 at the UWSP Information and Ticket Center in the Dreyfus University Center. Hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. A student ID is required. Additional tickets, if extras remain, will only be available May 17, and will include one ticket per graduate until gone. All guests, 3 years and older, are required to have a ticket to attend the commencement ceremony. Tickets will not be replaced if lost prior to Commencement day.

IMPORTANT! If you are unable to pick up your tickets between May 6-10, please call the UWSP Information and Ticket Office at 715-346-4100 or 800-838-3378 to RESERVE them (this includes study abroad students). If you do not, tickets may not be available for your guests. Reserved tickets will be at the Information and Tickets Office until noon on Friday, May 17. After that time, reserved tickets can be picked up the day of the ceremonies at the will call ticket table located in the Quandt Fieldhouse lobby. 

Commencement Ceremony tickets are not available for sale and cannot be purchased from any source. It is unlawful to buy or sell Commencement Ceremony tickets. Persons found in violation will be charged under Wisc. Admin. Code Chapter 18.06(28) "Ticket Scalping."

If you have a guest with special seating needs (such as a wheelchair or walker), please specify this when you RSVP for commencement.
