Over the past fifteen years I have conducted numerous seminars on communication, teamwork and problem solving for several major institutions and corporations, including: A. T. & T, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Mobil Oil, Marion Labs, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Associated Bank.

Within the past five years I have developed and taught six courses for delivery exclusively online: Team Building, Creative Problem solving, Global Communication and the Information Age, The Internet and Social Change, Reasoning and Criticism, and Positive Change: Individual/Organizational Transformation.
