Background

Professor Dubiel's career has been varied, including working as a public relations practitioner with environmental organizations, advertising copywriter, and fund raiser. He served as the director of development and coordinator for public relations in the School of Consumer and Family Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, 1982-1985.

Professor Dubiel also taught literature and a variety of English composition courses in the Department of English at Purdue University, as both an adjunct faculty member and as a graduate teaching assistant.
