Admission Packet for U.S. Students

For your convenience the admission materials are available in an Adobe Acrobat format.  All forms can be filled out online and then printed.  If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader which is needed to use these pages, you can download this software for free.

When applying to the program, please make sure you have sent in all required admission materials by the February 27, 2009 deadline for full consideration for admission.  A list of all the required forms and materials appears on the "Division of Communication Application Form."  Applications cannot be considered until all materials have been received and an applicant has been accepted into the university (which is accomplished by completing the "UWSP Application Form" and paying the appropriate application fees).
