​Students studying within the Department of Political Science who resides in central Wisconsin. Selection shall be based on level of community/government service, student's involvement on and off campus, unmet financial need and a commitment to continued government or community service. Academic prowess shall not be a consideration so long as the student maintains good academic standing.
