Meet the Gallery Director
Apply to have your work
displayed at RAC to make an Exhibit Proposal, submit a set of slides
(at least 12) of work you wish to exhibit along with a letter describing your
media, the number and sizes of art work, a resume and an artist
statement. Note whether you wish to have a solo exhibit, two or more
persons of your selection or wish the exhibition task force to select an
exhibition partner. Also suggest an exhibition time most convenient for
you. Mail to (or drop it off at the RAC):

Two and three dimensional works with a nature theme will be
displayed including works on/of paper, handmade paper, ceramics
and mixed media. All three artists are retired faculty from UW-SP;
Sandman and Schenider, are retired faculty from the Department of
Art & Design and Gard is retired faculty from Natural
Resources.

50 artists displayed their
works...paintings, prints, photography, ceramics, glass, jewelry,
wood, baskets, handmade paper, fiber, sculpture, etc. for holiday
gift giving.

Two-person exhibition:
Mark William Brueggeman and Robert
"Frenchy" LeTendre
Mark William Brueggeman creates
two-dimensional works in oil on canvas, woodcuts and mixed media
on paper. Mark received his BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago
and his MFA from Washington University in St. Louis. He was
raised in Amherst Junction, where his family still lives. He is
new faculty at UW-Marshfield for this academic year. Robert
"Frenchy" Le Tendre is a stone sculptor and holds a BA
from the UW-Whitewater. He also had training through the
UW-Waukesha Center for drawing and sculpture and holds a Welding
Diploma from the Waukesha County Technical Institute. He resides
in Almond, WI.

Two-person exhibition: Lois
Freeberg-Hagen/Susan Morrison
Freeberg-Hagen is a local artist
and BFA graduate of UWSP. Her three-dimensional works
combine paper, bones and other mixed media. Morrison
's colorful two-dimensional works are also in mixed media. She
holds a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art and MFA from
Pennsylvania State University. She is new faculty at UW-SP this
fall.
