Welcome Artists

The Festival of the Arts, Stevens Point, Wisconsin eagerly awaits your application to join an accomplished group of artists who will exhibit at the 36th annual art fair in the Noel Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

As you prepare your application to this juried fair, know that our traditions remain intact as we implement more programs to promote the sale of your work. The fair is supported by many generous art patrons, business leaders, and community volunteers. We offer $2,500.00 in awards, an evening artist’s buffet the eve of the festival, and a hospitality room during the exhibition and sale.

New this year is the Dollars for Art promotion. Up until the Festival date we will be promoting the sale of ArtDollars, $25.00 for a $20.00 price. These ArtDollars will be used to purchase art at the Festival, giving the patrons a 20% discount, but paying the artist 100% of their price. These are promoted as personal use, corporate gifts, thank you gifts, establishing a commitment to purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: The postcard sent out to save the date of the Festival incorrectly lists the postmark deadline as February 1, 2008. The prospectus contains the correct date as February 15, 2008.
