Become a BACKSTAGE member

Make a tax deductible contribution

Each year, patrons choose to provide additional support to the Department of Theatre and Dance with a financial contribution to BACKSTAGE. These contributions provide educational opportunities for our students that might otherwise not be supported. During the 2006-2007 season BACKSTAGE funds:

• Supported guest artist appearances and/or master classes by Broadway actress Michele Pawk, choreographer Andrew Cao and lighting designer Jason Anderson.
• Helped purchase portable tap dance flooring for Danstage and swords for Pirates of Penzance.
• Supported recruiting efforts at the Wisconsin High School Theatre Festival.

Many corporations will match contributions made by individual employees. If your employer has a matching gift program, please include the matching gift form with your reply. Our thanks to those corporations for their willingness to match employee donations.

Your contribution will be acknowledged in each production program, unless you wish to remain anonymous.

Contribution levels:

• Angel: $1,000 Minimum
• Producer: $750 Minimum
• Artistic Director: $500 Minimum
• Managing Director: $250 Minimum
• Director: $100 Minimum
• Stage Manager: $50 Minimum
