State Employees Combined Campaign

The Wisconsin Environmental Education Foundation (WEEF) umbrella group represents a diverse group of statewide environmental education organizations in the State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC). The Campaign allows state employees to make charitable contributions to participating organizations of their choice through a direct payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card. Donors can elect to give to the Wisconsin Environmental Education Foundation umbrella group or to any charity or combination of charities depending on their preferences.
