Wendy K. White Eagle, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Native Capital Investment, Inc., currently leads business development activities.  As member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, she has first-hand knowledge of Tribal operations from strategic planning to business development.  With more than 20 years of business building experience in the utility, financial, and manufacturing sectors specialization is in helping Companies build high performing processes to actualize business objectives.

Ms. White Eagle is skilled at integrating various strategic approaches – from Six Sigma to Customer Relationship Management – into organizational culture.  She has also been involved in the creation of organizational learning approaches that have served to bring core competencies into alignment with these strategy directions.  In addition to large corporate experience, she has been involved in business start-ups for the past fifteen years and enjoys the various experiences all entrepreneurs face.

Ms. White Eagle graduated from Edgewood College with a BS in Communications and has completed graduate work at the Center for Quality and Productivity, School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She has also served in many Boards of Directors with most recent volunteer activity in the arena of affordable housing.
