Mailed proposals must be post marked by February 13, 2010.

Proposals may not be submitted by fax, email or other electronic means.

There is no need to go to the expense of overnight mail. Proposals submitted via mail must be post marked by February 13, 2010. They do not need to be received at the WEEB office by that date.

Alternatively, proposals submitted via hand delivery must be received at the WEEB office by 4:30 PM on Friday February 12, 2010.

(Note: The WEEB office is located within the Trainer Natural Resources Bldg., room 110B. The Natural Resources is building #12 on the map. Room 110B is located on the first floor, at the southeast corner of the building.)
