Preference will be given to
proposals that develop, enhance, or modify an educational
plan to provide details regarding how the use of the school
forest and the district's K-12 environmental education plan
are/will be integrated into the overall district curriculum.
Districts awarded funds for educational plan proposals will
be required to use WEEB's approved school forest educational
plan
template.
Education plan grants may not contain any costs
associated with implementing the plan.
School Forest Grants
Proposals must be for work to implement
initiatives identified within the district's officially
approved school forest
