Computer Requirements

Because you are reading this, you probably have or are capable of having the computer technology needed to enroll in NRES 733.

The main body of this course is delivered completely online so you must be connected to an Internet service provider. A recent Internet browser is recommended (Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer). We strongly suggest that you DO NOT use Internet Explorer 3.0. This browser does not handle HTML forms properly. If you are using Internet Explorer 3.0, please upgrade to Netscape Navigator or a newer version of Internet Explorer. Netscape is available for PCs and Macs and can be downloaded here. Internet Explorer is also available for PCs and Macs and can be downloaded here.

There will also may be instructor-to-student, student-to-instructor and student-to-student communications. This will occur through email and discussion links on the course website. A UWSP email account and access to interactive software are available to all registered participants.
