WAEE Fall Conference 2010
Teachers, naturalists, educators and families will be
converging on
Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center to learn, share,
and network in October. Environmental education happens
everywhere and as communities come together
environmental education can be even stronger in
Wisconsin and no one knows that better than our keynote
speaker Joseph Cornell, founder of the
Sharing Nature Foundation. The weekend will be
focused on professional development and idea sharing
about how you incorporate the environment into your
classroom, your home, your nature center, and your
community. Along with professional development there
will be a family component where kids will have a chance
to take part in environmental education. Please check
back for a detailed list of presentations and weekend
schedule.
October 28-30, 2010
