Due May 15, 2008
The Wisconsin Association for
Environmental Education invites you to present at this year’s
Fall Conference, October 29-November 1, 2008. The conference
will be held at the Wyndham Airport Hotel & Convention Center in
Milwaukee, WI.
The WAEE Fall Conference serves as an opportunity for members
and non-members to participate in educational workshops,
sessions and field trips. Networking opportunities are
plentiful, as are fun, locally-themed social events. The theme
of the 2008 conference is “There’s More to a City Than Its
Skyline.” Join us in the largest, most diverse city in our state
as we explore the numerous things an urban environment has to
offer. We will investigate how we as educators and professionals
can make a positive impact on our cities and what we can do to
keep them moving forward.
Proposals are being sought to help us fill the following
conference tracks. We’re looking for dynamic and informative
individuals of all ages, including students (K-12 & college) and
retirees. We would like the presentations to be as interactive
and as hands-on as possible. Please make sure to leave time at
the end of your presentation for dialogue regarding your topic.

sharing resources along with some of your own experiences.
