Speaking for Lakes
There are amazing stewardship efforts occurring on
our Wisconsin lakes every day. But are those
who make decisions about our lakes' future aware of
these labors?
This state-wide convention is a time to strengthen
existing partnerships and build new relationships
with lake groups, citizen advocates, state agencies,
elected officials and service providers.
By incorporating new technology, effective methods
of communication, basic lake ecology and important
lake research, this gathering will give lake lovers
the tools to "speak for their lakes"!
