How many
people can fit in the meeting
room?

With tables in the room, a
maximum of 35 people.
-
Without tables (just chairs
set up theater style), a
maximum of 50 people.
What hours is
the meeting room available?

The meeting room can be
reserved from 9 am to 5 pm
any day of the week
(including weekends).

If your group needs to meet
before 9 am or after 5 pm,
the group will be charged
$10 per hour to cover the
expense of a staff person.
How much does
the meeting room cost?

If you are a non-profit or
government group, the room
is free between 9 am and 5
pm
-
If you are a for-profit
company, we request a
minimum $50 donation for use
of the room.

If you need to meet before 9
am or after 5 pm, your group
will be charged $10 per
hour, regardless of profit
status.
Do
certain groups have priority?
Can my group be bumped?

Yes. The room was paid for
by the Wisconsin
Conservation Hall of Fame. A
set of priorities was
established.
-
Member organizations of the
Wisconsin Conservation Hall
of Fame are top priority.
These groups can bump other
groups if the meeting day is
5 or more weeks away.

Non-member
conservation/outdoor groups
have second priority,
although they cannot bump a
group that already has a
reservation.

Non-profit, service-oriented
organizations have third
priority.
-
Other non-profit
organizations and for-profit
companies have fourth
priority.

If a group is bumped by a
member organization (rarely
occurs), we will make every
effort to find another
meeting place on campus.
What is
provided in the meeting room?

Tables and chairs (set up as
requested)

Large projection screen (we
do not provide LCD
projectors)

Chalkboard and Chalk

Overhead Projector (we do
not provide blank
transparencies or markers.
Please bring along)

Easel (we do not
provide paper or markers.
