The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the leading federal agency finding the development of quality environmental education programs in states and communities. Don't miss an excellent opportunity to raise funds for your EE initiative through the EPA. Solicitation notices and proposal deadlines are expected in the Fall. However, NOW is the time to begin your planning process to successfully compete for a grant. Among other priorities, the EPA is looking to fund capacity building programs. For more information contact: Dianne Berger, EE Division (1704), Office of Communications and Public Affairs U.S. EPA, 401 M St. SW, Washington DC 20460.
