The Environmental Education Advocate - Fall 1998

The following information is provided to you as a service of the National Environmental Education Advancement Project (NEEAP). We encourage you to use it and please credit the National Environmental Education
Advancement Project where appropriate.

NEEAP has taken advantage of the current whirlwind of technological advances by increasing and improving it’s electronic communication services and opportunities. First, NEEAP’s new World Wide Web page is up and running! Please set your bookmarks and visit our new and improved page at http://neeap.uwsp.edu/.

Secondly, there are discussion pages for 1998 Leadership Clinic and NAAEE/NEEAP Pre-conference open space topics on the EdGateway website. By accessing a topic, you can comment on the notes, provide feedback, and ask questions. Anyone visiting that page may provide input on that topic. EdGateway also has technology that allows you to receive and send messages to discussion groups via your personal e-mail.

To access the NEEAP/NAAEE Organizational Development Discussion Topics page, go to the address: http://www.edgateway.net/, and register. Click on "Find a group" and type "NEEAP" into the "group/organization name" box. Click on "search". Click on the site titled: "NEEAP/NAAEE Leadership Development Discussion Topics". If you have previously joined EdGateway and have forgotten your password, you may select a new one. A User Help icon is located on each page, and an e-mail message can be sent to EdGateway if you need help. We look forward to the results technology can bring for capacity building and thank EdGateway for assisting us.
