The Minnesota Environmental Education Advisory Board (EEAB) and the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance held a series of regional workshops this Fall to help assess and revise the GreenPrint, Minnesota’s state plan for EE.

The GreenPrint was first published by the EEAB in June 1993. It outlines recommendations and strategies for achieving Minnesota’s goals for environmental education (EE) over a period of ten years. The GreenPrint was designed to foster and expand partnerships to produce and deliver EE programs and materials to Minnesota citizens.

The GreenPrint workshops included focus groups to review and prioritize audiences, recommendations, strategies and needs. In addition, local EE programs and networks were available.

If you have any questions concerning Minnesota's GreenPrint, please contact Jeff Ledermann at the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance by phone (651-215-0236 or 800-657-3843) or e-mail (jeff.ledermann@moea.state.mn.us).
