Leadership Clinic
Mini-Workshops

The Leadership Clinic Mini-workshops are a series of modules that have been developed from the 3-day Leadership Clinic Design Workshop. Patterned after the Leadership Clinic Manual: Tools for Transforming Conference Design, these workshops share a new approach and tools to designing your conferences, meetings and workshops that will inspire creativity, action and results!

The Leadership Clinic Manual and workshops are the result of the tools, processes and tips developed since 1996 by national leadership clinic planning teams and those who have customized the model for state and regional clinics.
