The teams selected will receive the following:
1) A stipend of $3500/team to cover workshop costs for the 3-5 individuals from the 6 teams selected.
Workshop Costs
Lodging, food, meeting space, equipment

  • Approximately $800/person

Transportation to/from the SeaTac airport = Free Shuttle

Registration = no charge

Any costs over the $3500/team provided will be the responsibility of individuals and teams attending.

2) A dynamic, high-quality workshop that equips you to plan, design and lead your own local, state, regional or national Leadership Clinic.  This workshop will cover:
a) participant-driven event design principles,
b) planning teams/steps,
c) customized clinic tools and group processes,
d) logistics planning for the unique needs of clinics,
e) preparing with participants and resource people and
d) follow-up after the clinic.

3) The Leadership Clinic Manual: Tools for Transforming Conference Design, contact information of other workshop participants, and additional relevant resources.
