As statewide and national policy efforts to deregulate the U.S. electric market intensify, this unusually broad coalition of disparate groups and philosophies will join together to present their vision and plan for protecting Americans by preventing the cost of billions of dollars in so-called "stranded costs" from being passed on to individual ratepayers and businesses
