LEAF Courses and Workshops
Build a Credit
LEAF is offering a different kind of credit option. LEAF Build-a-Credit is one graduate level credit from UW-Stevens Point which allows participants to choose the forestry-based learning experiences they participate in. This is intended to be a flexible way for teachers to earn credit, while attending educational events around Wisconsin that fit into their busy schedules. Events can include forestry focused conferences, field days, and workshops. This credit is available for any teacher who has taken part in a 2-6 hour LEAF in-service or non-credit workshop. The cost of the credit depends on the semester in which it is completed. You may review the complete description and the requirements by viewing our PDF document. You may also download and print just the Build-a-Credit sign-up form or the summary questions for professional development options.
Contact LEAF at leaf@uwsp.edu or 715-346-4956 for more information.
