This workshop will discuss roles and responsibilities within zoning, recent case law, what can be legally included in zoning ordinances and more.  Land use attorney Bill Thiel from Eau Claire will join Center for Land Use Education (CLUE) staff in leading the discussion. The workshop will include interactive exercises and time to discuss local issues and questions.   The brochure contains a detailed agenda and registration instructions.
