The Zoning Board Handbook, 2nd Edition is now available for free download from the handbooks page of our publications section in pdf format.  It is also available in hard copy for $12.00 per copy.

To facilitate future updates, the 2nd Edition of the Handbook is bound in a 3-ring binder so that new information can be easily inserted and obsolete pages removed.

To order hardcopies, ask your local government or organization to contact the Center via:

• email the Center for Land Use Education and provide your name, local government/organization, billing/mailing address, and the number of copies requested

• or mail an order form to the Center, following the instructions on the form.  Provide tax exempt number, if applicable.
