From the Center Update of the Zoning Board Handbook, 2nd Edition, is almost complete, with an anticipated release in October, 2006. The 2nd Edition is over 200 pages and will bound in a 3-ring binder. Copies can be pre-ordered at a reduced cost of $8.00 per copy today. Contact CLUE to order your copies. The Implementation Element Guide is available for download in portable document format (pdf) from the Element Guides web page.
