Two Trends in Municipal Finance DATCP's Livestock Siting Newsletter for August is published on the topic: Making the Transition: CUPs (conditional use permits) Under the Siting Law. The topics for future articles will address issues related to how to handle existing permits and expansions; local government's ability to adopt more stringent standards; the siting review board; overlay zones; and the use of licensing ordinances.
