Conference papers will be compiled and published in entirety on a CD that will be distributed after the conference to all delegates. In addition, the papers will be published on the Web. Also, Proceedings will be published in hard copy and electronically, which will summarize the presentations and discussions of each track session and include conference photos and other conference highlights. The Proceedings will also be distributed to all delegates.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Online and fax registration closes Tuesday, June 20.

Regular registration will resume at the conference site Monday, June 26. Single-day registrations as well as full registrations are welcome on-site.

Important: Credit card payment will not be accepted for on-site registration. Payment may be made by check, money order or cash.

Regular Registration:

$250. This fee includes:

Participation in all conference sessions and social events and a field trip within the conference. Participants will be asked to select first and alternate choices for field trips at time of registration. (Planning is continuing for field trips and details will be posted as they are available.)
Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunch Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Box lunch on Thursday field trip.
Icebreaker/Networking/Cultural Entertainment Reception Monday evening.
Banquet Wednesday evening.
Field trip Thursday.
Conference program and CD of conference presentations.
Conference bag and souvenirs.

How to register:

Review the registration options. Then click on the blue online registration link to the left. Fill out the form completely. Depending on your Internet connection, the form may "time out" if not completed within the time frame allotted by your service provider. To avoid that problem, it may be helpful to read through the entire form first, exit the page, then reopen and complete the registration promptly.

Print or save a copy for your records before hitting the "submit" button.

After registering electronically, mail a check or money order payable to "EMSU 2006" to the address indicated on the form. To insure proper credit include a copy of your registration or a memo indicating whose registration is being paid. Credit card payment information may be faxed or mailed. Payment by wire transfer is available for a $20 additional fee; email ESMU.2006@uwsp.edu for bank routing information to use the wire transfer option.

Please note: Upon submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation. Within one week you should also receive a separate confirmation with additional information via email. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please email EMSU.2006@uwsp.edu to ensure your registration is complete.

Regular registration

Student registration:

$100. Students must furnish copy of student identification. (Includes all items listed under regular registration.)

One-day registration:

$50. Conference sessions only; no meals, field trips or other conference amenities or events included. Presenters must register for the entire conference.

Companion registration:

$100. Includes social events, banquet and field trip, but not sessions.

Optional registration fee: carbon offset credits

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a major contributor to human-caused climate change including global warming. The EMSU conference host, the Global Environmental Management Education Center (GEM), is working with a nonprofit organization to facilitate the purchase by conference participants of "carbon offset credits" to mitigate the CO2 emissions associated with their conference travel. The registration form includes an option to purchase carbon offset credits; suggested amounts are $5, $10, $20, depending on the distance one is traveling to the conference.
