Master Woodland Steward Program
Participants in the Master Woodland Steward Program receive more than 30 hours of instruction from UW-Extension and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource forestry and woodland management specialists. They also receive reference materials full of practical woodland and wildlife management tips. The program provides participants with a chance to meet other woodland owners and share ideas and information about management strategies in a fun and educational setting. As a graduate of the program you will have the opportunity to help other woodland owners understand and apply good stewardship practices to their forests. The Wisconsin Master Woodland Stewards Program offers intensive training for woodland owners who are interested in taking the next step to improve their knowledge and skills and become better stewards of their land.
