Quality environmental education maintains a
balanced viewpoint when presenting information to students.
It presents all sides of an environmental issue, providing
students with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed

Environmental education can be integrated into
all subject areas, facilitating a true interdisciplinary
approach to education. Through the investigation of current
environmental issues, EE produces skilled and critically
