Strategic Plan The strategic plan, EE 2005 A Plan for Advancing EE in Wisconsin, was adopted by the Wisconsin EE Board in July of 2000.  EE 2005 represents the thinking and input of hundreds of stakeholders across Wisconsin and is designed to guide educators, policy-makers and the Wisconsin EE Board for the next five years.  Please see the Wisconsin EE Board's web site for the complete strategic plan (www.uwsp.edu/weeb).
