Email Appeal
We are currently in the process of updating our database. Most of our communication is by email for reasons of speed, efficiency, and finances. However, we have many people on our contact list for whom we don't have current email addresses. If you haven't gotten any email from us in the last few months, you might be one of these people. Contact us at BOWwomen@gmail.com with your most current email, your home state, and other contact information so we can keep you in the loop!
If you've never been on our mailing list, but would like to be added, you also should contact us BOWwomen@gmail.com.

The instructors are incredible and the women are all so friendly. We are all on equal ground; you won't feel intimidated."
