Cancellation Policy for Wyoming Wilderness Adventure 2009

There will be a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel on or before January 1. Cancellations on or after January 2, 2009 will have a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after April 15, 2009 will have a $750 cancellation fee. If you cancel on or after June 1, 2009 you will be assessed the whole program fee.  If we are able to find an alternate to go from our waiting list or you can find a substitute (the later the cancellation, the smaller the interest), we will only retain a $150 cancellation fee.
