For new UWSP Students:
Please complete the forms below and submit it with payment by mail or fax (715-346-3025). Please do not email this information as the registration form contains sensitive information and email is not considered secure. A minimum $100 registration deposit by check made out to UWSP is required with your registration form. Once you are established as a student you can pay the remaining balance by check or credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Discover or e-Check). You must also fill out the attached partial payment plan document and return it with your registration.

stating your name, address, student id, class(es), graduate or undergraduate, and amount of credits.
Or if you prefer, send in the registration form and a check made payable to UWSP for $100.00 as registration deposit or full payment to the address on the top of the registration form.
