Please complete the forms below and submit it with payment by mail or fax (
715-346-3025). Please do not email this information as the registration form contains sensitive information and email is not considered secure. A minimum $100 registration deposit by check made out to UWSP is required with your registration form. Once you are established as a student you can pay the remaining balance by check or credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Discover or e-Check). You must also fill out the attached partial payment plan docume
nt and return it with your registration.

UWSP Electronic Student Bill Payment - Note if you are getting an page not found error - please make sure that logged in at the top left corner of the page.
Or you can send an email to
uwspce@uwsp.edu stating your name, address, student id, class(es), graduate or undergraduate, and amount of credits.
Or if you prefer, send in the registration form and a check made payable to UWSP for $100.00 as registration deposit or full payment to the address on the top of the registration form.
