The Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education (WCEE) fosters universal environmental and social responsibility through the development, dissemination, implementation and evaluation of sustainability and environmental education programs in pK-12 schools and communities. The WCEE is a center of the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point College of Natural Resources and the University of Wisconsin Extension – Cooperative Extension.​

The WCEE was established by the Wisconsin legislature in 1990 and placed within the College of Natural Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP). This connection allows the WCEE staff to work with more than 100 faculty and staff in various disciplines.
