Hearing the River, Hearing Each Other
The Wisconsin River Water Quality Improvement Project is a water quality monitoring effort designed to improve conditions in the Wisconsin River and its tributaries by focusing actions to reduce algae blooms and pollution. Improving water quality in the Wisconsin River basin is important to our quality of life, the local and state economy, tourism, property values and recreational opportunities.
This was the 3rd Annual Water Quality Improvement Symposium that brought stakeholders together to learn and discuss water quality issues in the Wisconsin River. Below is a summary of the day and supporting materials.
