migration headaches

With the geese numbers overhead increasing daily, it always brings me to one of my most favorite games to play with students. It was developed by Project Wild and resides in the Project Wild Aquatic 2013 guide on page 15-18.

Below are scenario cards so you don't have to make scenarios up as you go.

This game never fails to engage kids and it makes the point of all the things that happen along the migration route without preaching. If you have a spare 1/2 hour to spend out in a grassy area, give this one a try. It is fun for all. It was designed for 5-8th grades but I have seen it adapted to all levels.  If you haven't a half hour to spare I recommend that you find it, as it will make your day better and your students smile.
