General scholarship funds for summer camp 2014 no longer available. All have been awarded.
We are still accepting scholarship donations from conservation and civic clubs
to send kids to camp from your community.
CWES and its staff will do their best to make reasonable accommodations for special needs campers, or recommend other program if ours cannot meet your camper's needs.

|Everything Under the Sun
|with beginner horseback trail ride
Experience it all in this action-packed camp! Create your own adventure by choosing from kayaking, archery, crafts, fishing and more. The week will wrap up with a horseback trail ride and a day at Hartman Creek State Park.
Rise up to the challenges of the outdoors. Hone your skills in archery, compass, fly-tying, fire-starting, tree climbing and shelter building. Then your team will top it all off with the Outdoor Skills Olympics!
No experience required.
|Sky's the Limit
The possibilities are endless at this camp! Spending a night camping under the stars is only the beginning. Make memories with new and old friends as you choose from archery, canoeing, log rolling and more.
|June 29-July 2
The world is yours to discover with friends and fun. Bask in the glow of a lakeside campfire, create your own crafts, go swimming and explore the pond during your journey at camp.
|Adventure Race Camp
Adventure awaits during this camp! Challenge yourself on a high ropes course and climbing wall. Create your own raft and race it at the waterfront. Spend a night on a private island after a day canoeing on the Wisconsin River.
Explore the natural wonders of Central Wisconsin. Through daily excursions you will hike and camp along the Ice Age Trail, paddle the Plover River, climb the indoor UW-Stevens Point climbing wall and disc golf at Yulga Disc Golf Course. Let the quest begin!
|Apostle Islands Sea Kayaking
Journey through the beautiful Apostle Islands and become part of the richness of Lake Superior as we paddle out for two nights of camping. We will hike wilderness trails and explore the rugged sandstone shorelines. This trip will cover 20-30 miles of paddling led by professional guides and CWES staff.
|Pictured Rocks Backpacking
Venture to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore for four days of hiking through the backcountry. Load up a CWES backpack and prepare to encounter the waterfalls and white sand beaches of Lake Superior.
|Rock the River and Bluffs
Canoe your way through the scenic views of the lower Wisconsin Riverway while you relax and fish for three days and two nights. Then travel to Devil’s Lake State Park for a day of rock climbing, hiking and camping.

|Day camps will keep your camper
engaged making crafts, playing games, and enjoying the waterfront. Day camps run from
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and include a morning snack, lunch, and a mid-afternoon snack.
Day camps are offered for ages 5-10, but will be separated into 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10 year
old campers. |
