This group of 33 represents an inclusive classroom.  There are 2 LD students - Sierra Moody and Mac Rosplock - who function fine socially but will have difficulty understanding the material if it is needed to be read or calculate math independently.  There are also two EBD students - Hunter Brost and Jacob Jarvis.  Hunter's dad will be attending due to his severe anger.  Jacob is a high functioning student with Aspberger's who will only be attending during the daytime activities.  There are a few students who will have strong anxiety leaving their homes for an overnight trip, but nothing out of the ordinary.  This is probably the largest group in years that will have the most difficulty paying the fee for the event.  With that being said, many may come unprepared for a winter, outdoor experience.  We will do our best to ready the students and get them excited for this great opportunity.

Students are currently studing all water resources.
Early this school term we studied maps so if time allowed we could do some of the outdoor skills.
