Population and Community Ecology of an Endangered Plant Species - Wisconsin

Two students will be hired part time for research and field study on the potential threats to Fassett’s Locoweed.  They will be conducting their primary research on two large populations of this endangered plant at Plainfield Lake (Waushara County) and Pickerel Lake (Portage County).  These projects will contribute to the general knowledge of threats to Fassett’s Locoweed and may be publishable – Assistant Professor Kama Almasi.
