Registration

To secure enrollment, the Registration Form​​ must be filled out (see the forms tab), and the non-refundable Registration Fee must be paid.

To secure enrollment for the Infant/Toddler program, the Infant/Toddler Registration Form​ must be filled out, and the non-refundable Registration Fee must be paid.

You must also fill out the Parent Schedule if you are a UWSP Student Parent. All other important forms can be picked up at the HRG-UCLCC.

In order to be eligible for the student rate, one parent must be enrolled for six or more credits.

To register, print out a Registration Form, fill it out, and email to childcare@uwsp.edu or mail it in to our program at 910 Fremont St., 11 Delzell Hall Stevens Point, WI 54481.
