Organic Student Award (Feld) POLYED Award for Excellence in Sophomore Organic Chemistry Courses (Bill Feld) This award continues this year with more than 400 colleges and universities participating. The award recognizes the chemistry major with the top academic performance in sophomore organic chemistry. The criteria for the award are rigorous and only one award is granted per institution. The number of participating institutions continues to grow. This award has become an important part of many colleges and universities' Spring awards programs. 2. Polymer Graduates (Deanin) 3. Undergraduate Summer Research Scholarships (Cohen) This program was not offered in 2003. 4. Undergraduate Research Awards Program (open) POLYED Undergraduate Research Recognition Award (John Droske) This program recognizes outstanding undergraduate researchers with a cash award of $100 and a certificate.
