Welcome to the Chemistry Department at UWSP. As a student in our department, you will study a discipline that is both stimulating and fascinating. General Chemistry Laboratory

The Chemistry Department occupies approximately 35,000 sq. ft. in the Science Building. It houses fully-equipped, modern teaching and research laboratories and up-to-date computing facilities.

Chem Department Picnic

Chemistry Majors

The Chemistry Department supports the local chapter of the American Chemical Society - Student Afiiliate group. This student run organization helps to promote interest in chemistry and chemical education. Each year the group plans many activities where faculty and students mingle - such as the semester picnics, bake sales, lab goggle & coat sale, the Christmas party, trips, etc.
